Pawvera currently delivers within South Africa.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. Products with different availability or pre-order conditions will be clearly identified on their product pages.

Delivery options and estimates

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout. Timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by the destination, courier operations, public holidays, severe weather or other events outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout after the parcel has been dispatched. Tracking systems can take time to show the first update.

Delivery details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or uncollected parcel may be charged to the customer where permitted.
