These terms apply when you access the Pawvera online store or place an order with us.

Products and availability

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and production batches. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or withdraw a product before accepting an order.

Orders and payment

An order is submitted when checkout is completed, but it is accepted only once payment is confirmed and we send confirmation that the order is being processed. We may cancel and refund an order where stock is unavailable, pricing is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Prices

Prices are shown in South African rand. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown during checkout where relevant.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use the services in violation of applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pawvera is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the store. The terms in effect when an order is accepted will apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
